Gageolle  (pronounced Ga-zj-ol) is a beautiful restored 18thC farmhouse and gite in 40 acres set in tranquil open countryside 20 minutes south of Bergerac in the southern Dordogne. Gageolle is ideally situated being surrounded by peaceful rolling countryside with no neighbours, yet it is just 4 minutes drive to the picturesque Medieval village of Issigeac which boasts shops, restaurants and a bank as well as a famous Sunday market and plays host to numerous festivals and events throughout the summer months. Gageolle is the perfect base for your holiday being less than an hours' drive to most of the 'must see' attractions in the Dordogne.

The Farmhouse and the Gite are available all year and provide well appointed quality self contained accommodation for a maximum of 6 adults with swimming pool and hot tub spa. Both the Farmhouse and the Gite have been recently restored and maintain a wealth of original features including tiled and wooden floors, beams, impressive fireplaces and exposed stone walls. Both accommodations are very private with terrace and garden areas. There are plenty of glorious undisturbed walks around the house and beyond. The swimming pool and spa are for the use of guests only and are private but with magnificent views over countryside.
